Laser, plasma & oxy-fuel
Precision cutting of carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, with capacity for thick plate and large-format beds.

Rolling and bending
Hydraulic presses up to 1,000 tons and plate rolling up to 63" wide for large-format structures and components.

GMAW (gas metal arc) and FCAW (flux-cored arc) processes performed by qualified personnel, for structural assemblies and high-demand components.

Precision boring with horizontal boring mills and machining centers.
Shot blasting & sandblasting
A dedicated 4,300 sq ft booth for surface preparation ahead of coating, meeting the standards each paint system requires.
Application of specialized coatings
Meyer Clad, Corro-Cote, primer, zinc, base coat, epoxy, and polyurethane with a Graco Reactor HXP2 pump, in a dedicated paint booth.

What's the maximum thickness you can cut?
Up to 1" in carbon steel with laser or plasma, and up to 6" with oxy-fuel cutting.
Do you work from customer drawings or specifications?
Yes, we manufacture parts and assemblies to the drawings and tolerances you provide.
What welding processes do you use?
GMAW and FCAW, performed by qualified personnel for structural assemblies.
Is coating applied on-site?
Yes, we have a dedicated shot blasting/sandblasting booth and a dedicated paint booth for systems like Meyer Clad, Corro-Cote, epoxy, and polyurethane.
